All I can say is, "Wow". I am so impressed with the speed in which I received my purchase. On Wednesday morning I ordered a Hammock from you. I received it today, Friday, just two days even using ground shipping. I had been afraid it would not arrive in time for Christmas, but today's only the sixteenth.

I recently purchased a rope hammock that ended up untying at one of the ends. After contacting Hammocks.com via e-mail and explaining my situation, I was issued a brand new hammock three days later, with no request of returning the original.

I am writing now to commend the great quality and appreciation of customer service that I received from your company. Both deliveries were very timely, the one time that I did call for an ETA for my first hammock, the woman I spoke with was extremely pleasant, and I was very pleased with the new hammock that I received. The hammock is wonderful, and I will be spreading your company name proudly to anyone inquiring about hammocks.

I would like to send a quick note about one of your customer care agents. I am responsible for call center operations and always critique my interaction with call center agents. I just got off the phone with Jennifer. What a great experience! Jennifer has a very pleasant voice, interacted throughout the order and made sure that I had all of the information that I needed.



I know what a challenge it can be to find qualified people that can be on the phone all day. You were lucky to find her.

I let her know about my positive experience, but wanted to make sure that her supervisor was also aware just in case that my call was not monitored. Thank you.

I bought a Mazatlan Mayan Hammock several years ago and just loved it. It took a beating in the weather, and with 2 daughters and their friends using it all the time, in addition to myself, it recently needed to be replaced.

I was dreading waiting for my new Mazatlan Mayan Thick String Hammock and was very surprised to see it on my step just 3 days from when I ordered it! And imagine my surprise when I hurried and hung it and found it to be even more comfortable than my first one. I can barely get my yardwork done now. This thing is so fabulous we are looking at another one so I don't have to share with my children! We also bought 2 hammock chairs a few years back.

Thank you for selling a quality product that is just as great, if not better, than your product description says it is.
