Originally designed using a continuous latched weave with steam bent wooden spreader bars, this style and design is still in use today, representing a tradition and lifestyle typical of southern plantation days over a century ago. The rope is hand-woven with an intricate macramé clew-end. The steel hardware is coated with weather resistant zinc plating. Each hammock includes everything you need for a tree or post installation including (2) tree hooks and chain/hook assemblies.
