This product was perfect between two 6x6's with a 14 foot span in the back yard. We hung it 6 foot high and it stretched out to the perfect height with a little adjustment in the chains. It is sooo comfortable! We noticed a small fray after getting it hung up, called in to customer service and they offered to replace it for free! How wonderful! Sure saved me a lot of hassle and headache with shipping returns and broken hammocks. Thank you!

Not the best hammock I've ever owned.

I have this hammock strung between two trees that have held about 10 different hammocks over the past 20 some years. This is the worst hammock I have ever owned.

The hammock seems to be the same size as our last one, which was cotton (not the same brand though). However I have completely stretched this hammock out and when I get in my tochus still hits the ground, and the hooks are up at about 4 feet!

It seems like the ropes stretch far too much. The side most ropes however do not.

So when I climb into the hammock, which "unweighted" is about 3 feet or so off the ground and taught, I sink down very low so that my butt hits the ground. However, I can't roll out of the hammock because the ropes on the two sides are not giving at all.

I'm not a huge guy, but I clock in at a bit over 200lbs. So, I'm thinking that maybe it just isn't a good hammock for me.

HOWEVER, I also have two boys who fall into the 35 to 40lb range, and the same thing happens to them.

The hammock is cheap, so I guess I got what I paid for... unfortunately.

    If you went to [...] and bought the hardware that came with the hammock it would cost around $15. Nice surprise that it was included. It was probably mentioned, but I missed it. The old steel frame I have may last another year - which is about how long I expect the hammock to last. Good deal for the money.
