          I bought a hammock to replace my bed. I've been sleeping in it every day for the past 3 weeks. It's very comfortable but just takes a few days of getting used to. It stretches out a little bit but get more comfortable as it does. It does need quite a bit of room lengthwise but it takes up less width wise-than a bed. So far all of my friends that have seen and used it all say they are jealous and wish they could sleep in a hammock.

            This Hammock is very comfortable. My wife and I can relax and get cozy at the same time with room to spare. I am well over six foot tall and have ample room to spread out. The colors are gorgeous and the workmanship is first rate. I have already recommend it to several friends and family members. You cannot go wrong with this product.

            Service and delivery comments:

            The Service at Hayneedle is first rate. I have never dealt with nicer and more responsive customer service representatives. There was an issue with my product,(they sent the wrong one),and they immediately rectified the issue. Both of the people that I dealt with on the phone were very nice and pleasant to work with. I will definitely shop at hayneedle again.

              The beautiful blue hues of this hammock look stunning against the green grass and blue sky creating a peaceful environment. My heart smiles with excitement as my grandchildren enjoy the experience of romping, swinging and sleeping on this oversized bliss. My husband and I enjoy reading together suspended by the comfort of this magnificent hammock. The world looks different from a hammock, one is more aware of the trees, the sky, birds, bats, butterflies, etc. This hammock is a wonderful addition to our back yard.

              Q1: We live in Florida. How long will the color last before fading?

              A: The xxl Hand Woven Caribbean Stripe Thick String Hammock is made out of surface dyed cotton string. This just means that the strings are colored with dye and hot water. With the Florida sun, I fear that the color will fade faster as opposed to a solution dyed hammock. To preserve your hammock, I recommend storing during times of inclement weather and during the cold season. For best preserved results you could store hammock whenever the hammock is not in use.
