About Sunbrella Fabric
Sunbrella fabric is water-repellant. If kept dry, it will not support the growth of mildew as natural fiber will. Depending on depth of color, Sunbrella fabrics provide up to 98% UV protection. Whites and lighter colored fabrics provide less protection than darker fabrics. This protective factor is inherent to the product and will not diminish through use or exposure to the sun.

        i needed to replace my old hammock after the wood piece rotted and was happy to find an almost identical one. the only problem is that it has hooks to drill into a tree rather than hang easily from a stand. other than that, it's pretty, sturdy, and the sunbrella fabric makes it weather and mildew proof.
