Give your patio a little style and comfort with the Tropico Poolside Quick Dry Hammock. The acrylic weave of the fabric makes this hammock not only water-resistant, but also luxuriously comfortable. The dark beige color of the fabric, with hints of brown and cream, gives it the appearance of organic tropical grasses woven together.
The spreader bar lends the hammock an easy-to-hang construction that will also stand up to the elements. Hand-woven, white polyester rope attaches the hammock to the spreader bar and these rope attachments gradually get longer toward the center of the hammock. This creates a subtle pocket that makes this hammock extremely difficult to tilt. The natural colors of the fabric in the Quick Dry Hammock give it a tropical holiday feel.

We've always gotten rope hammocks and this time I decided to try something different. After reading others reviews we decided on this, my 5 1/2 and 3 1/2 grandchildren LOVE it. It's so much more stable for them, their hands and feet don't fall through the holes. It's wide and not very tippy, and very comfortable for us "old folks" too. We leave it out in all weather, I think it's going to be great.

This hammock stretches way too quickly... it doesn't seem as if there's enough fabric for the bed, as the ropes attaching it to the spreader bar seem stretched to the max. Plasticy feel and look, although it does dry quickly, which is why I bought it and tried it. I'll probably buy another fabric hammock, which wears a lot better than this one.

Bought this for myself to relax in, but it's been the rest of my family's favorite, new spot. Should've bought a ticket number dispenser, too, so everyone would have to take a turn. Even our dogs like it. The color is neutral and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb with our backyard landscaping. The mesh is much better than rope because it's more comfortable and will not leave cross-cross indentation marks on your skin. Our hammock is supported by trees. The tree straps are excellent, but if your trees are large the straps will not go around two times as shown in the picture. I had to install a hook into each tree so the straps would not slide down the trunk. You'll be very pleased with this purchase. Make sure to either buy or make a pillow, too. This just adds to the comfort and relaxation quotient.
