        Getting the S hook on the hammock was a little difficult, but after that, it's perfect. Very comfortable, pretty, and didn't have any funny smell, which is always a plus. :)

          I like the hammock very much, but it arrived filthy. It was covered in dust and fabric clippings were everywhere. My clothes were covered in pieces of 'stuff' so bad I had to change clothes to leave the house.

              The fabric is great, the construction is sturdy, but the rope loops on the ends are very thick, too thick to fit on my original hammock stand. In fact, they are too thick to fit on the S-hooks that came with it! So now I have a beautiful hammock I cannot use......... unless I figure out a way to alter the set up.

              Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Most stands intended for non-spreader bar hammocks have built in devices for hanging non-spreader bar hammocks specifically where you don’t use chain (Please see item #USI012 for an example of this type of hammock stand). If you are using a stand that is meant for a spreader bar hammock that uses eyebolts, S-hooks, and chain you may need to loop the chains through the rope loops and then attach them to the S-hooks to attach to the stand.                 I was having a hard time finding a small hammock with spreader bars, and stumbled across this one. The fabric seemed a little rough at first, but once I actually set it up, comfort wasn't a problem. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
