2 Hanging Chains, 4 "S" Hooks, 2 Screw-in Eyelets
The Hammock Hardware Kit is a universal solution for hanging your hammock. The easiest method is to use the four "S" hooks and hanging chain in conjunction with a hammock stand. This requires only that you insert two "S" hooks into the pre-drilled holes on your stand. Simply connect the other two "S" hooks to the hanging rings on your hammock, hook the chains, and you're ready to relax.
If you choose to hang your hammock between trees, posts, or the studs of a structure like a garage or shed, hanging will require the use of the two screw-in eyelets. After drilling pilot holes into the trees, posts, or studs, simply screw the eyelets into place and use the hanging hooks and chain as described above. All that's left to do now is grab your favorite beverage and settle in for a well-deserved rest.

The actual chains are only about a foot long. I had thought they would have been longer. I have a 17' span between trees so I had to use two lengths of chain on each side. Luckily it came with four 1' lengths. (or was that the Island Bay Nautical hammock that had those extra 1' lengths of chain?) Also to calculate how much chain + hammock length you need the hammock length + chain to be 1.5' longer than the length between trees. Overall a sturdy product. I have both the Grand Caribbean with Spreader Bars and the Island Bay Nautical hammocks and this kit worked for both... its also really easy to set up. Just drill a hole and start screwing the eye hook into the tree at about an 8 foot height on the trees. use a sturdy screwdriver or bar to put in the eyehook and tighten into the tree. The trees need to have a diameter of one ~1' to handle hanging a hammock on

Kit comes with all you need to hang your hammock, both on a stand or to a tree!!
It has eye bolts to screw into tree or something else if you do not have a stand. If you DO have a stand, it comes with the chain and hook for it.
Mine was back ordered, twice. So to get my hammock in use I found a couple pieces of chain I had around the house and used them. The hammock ( or stand ) came with attachment hooks, I just looped my chain around the hammocks ring and attached to the hook on the stand. Perfect!!
Could have done that at a hardware store for about $5!!
Not worth it.
