so far the hammock is good. have not received replacement stand though.
Service and delivery comments:
stand did not have the correct parts. when I called to convey what happened the male that handled my call was very unprofessional and condescending. he kept saying that they do not repackage/refurbish equipment. i kept telling him the wrong parts were in the box. i got so frustrated i told him to cancel the entire order. i then asked for his supervisor. that person was very nice and resolved my issue. i am waiting for the correct stand to arrive

Well it came and the box looked like someone had ran it over. We opened it to set it up and its missing 2 s hooks and the two chains that it came with are a foot to short. Now we will go to the hardware store to finish with the pieces. Very very disappointed in your companys quality control. I will not order from your company again. major fail

We were pleased with the appearance and ease of assembly. This is exactly what we were looking for. I compared prices and reviews and this was the best selecton. Very comfortable and attractive design. The stars at night are amazing when you see them from your hammock! Well worth it.

It looks nicer in person, it's so comfortable, and it was easy to assemble. It is a touch heavy but it needs to be. That is part of the quality construction

This hammock was purchased to replace my bed. I'm now almost a week into using it exclusively and I couldn't be happier! It is super comfortable, easy to put and take down, and looks great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a large comfy resting spot.
