DCS 19 works on all materials, natural or synthetic, including silks, suedes, and leathers, without harming or altering color or texture. It's been proven effective under tough environments including marine elements, hotels, banks, theaters, restaurants, department stores, office buildings, military installations, sports arenas, daycare centers, hospitals, and schools. DCS19 Stain Protector will not change the color or texture of material on which it's used and will not harm wood, marble, rubber or tile.

DCS 19 penetrates the fibers to keep liquids and solids from creating stains, and DCS 19 enhances the cleaning results. DCS 19 increases the life and durability of all fabrics by preventing dirt from penetrating the molecule of the fiber which can cause soil build up and accelerate the wear of your fabric. Treated fabric will resist stains for 2 years in an outdoor application and 5 years in an indoor application. With no build-up caused by this product, you can never apply too often or too much! On outdoor fabrics, it also increases UV protection by up to 35%!

One can covers approximately 30 to 40 square feet.

Tips:

1. Test on hidden area to make certain color of fabric is not affected.
2. Be sure area to be treated is free of spots.
3. Hold can 10 - 12 inches away with nozzle pointed in direction of area to be treated and spray with sweeping motion to ensure even coverage.
4. Do not saturate, as light spraying will give effective protection. Be sure to cover fabrics evenly and thoroughly for best results.
5. Allow 12 hours drying time before using treated fabric.
6. Allow 24 hours curing time then test for repellency with drops of water. If water penetrates, fabric will need a second application of DCS 19.
